All products available on this website are delivered digitally. Physical copies of books are specifically purchased from Amazon when you choose that format.

Order Fulfillment

After your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an email with a link to download your files. Access is typically immediate, but please allow a few minutes for delivery. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or promotions folder.

Usage Rights

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product. Files may not be shared, resold, or distributed without written permission.

Refunds, Exchanges

Because digital downloads cannot be returned, all sales are final. Refunds are only offered if:

The file is corrupted or damaged, and
A replacement file cannot be provided.
